I had an issue with registering the device outside India. Contacted Cricket Warehouse on chat and got a reply. I was in contact with Str8bat as well on WhatsApp. The issue was resolved within 20 minutes. Thank you Cricket Warehouse for your support. Appreciate it.
Needed it to arrive by 21st. Was advised it would arrive by then. It arrived 24th! Potentially NZ Posts fault but rather annoying as now we will ahve to post this to the person rather than giving to them in person.
